About Sunny

Sunny was born and raised in Rochester, MN. From an early age he fell in love with two things: building a business and helping people. Sunny started his first business - a lawn care and snow shoveling outfit of one - at the age of 11. Needless to say, aside from his neighbors, not many trusted the skills of an 11-year-old with their sidewalks or grass. From there, his passion for music and business took him on a path of managing an internationally renowned artist, running a successful radio show, and forming his own events company while in school at Drake University in Iowa.

After growing a few successful brands, Sunny moved back to Rochester to settle down and marry his love, Indira. Together they have a son, Elias, and a not-so-little puppy, Simba. In Rochester, Sunny’s entrepreneurial spirit and drive to help others did not take a break and he founded The Commission in 2013. The Commission is a young professionals organization that aims to make a positive impact on the Rochester community through developing sustainable programs revolving around mentorship, relationship building, and professional development. This organization executes over 60 events each year and reaches over 65,000 people, while bringing the young professional community closer together.

When he is not helping CWS clients crush their goals, Sunny loves to spend time with his family, plan events, play soccer, snow/skateboard, and serve on the board of directors for a few organizations in Rochester.
