Top 10 New Year Resolutions
Can you believe that another year has already gone by? That means that it's time to make those new year resolutions. I had a jump start this year with my Post-Thanksgiving Goal Setting Challenge of losing 10 pounds. To keep everyone up to date, I'm happy to report that I have achieved my goal and hope to work on #5 (below) next year. It feels so good to set a goal and accomplish it, so be sure to make a resolution this year.To get you started, here's a list of the Top 10 New Year resolutions. In no particular order, they are:
- Lose Weight
- Pay Off Debt
- Save Money
- Get a Better Job
- Get Fit
- Volunteer More
- Get a Better Education
- Drink Less Alcohol
- Quit Smoking Now
- Reduce Stress

Congratulations on losing your 10 pounds already! I am still working on my 30, though the holidays stalled it a bit.
One trick I've heard to avoid losing interest in our resolutions so fast is to set "new month" resolutions each and every month of the year. I just might try it.
The similarities with another blog I read are eerie, those were..
less beer, cuss less, travel more, save more, lose 10k, gamble less, donate more, wake up earlier, do a marathon in 5 hours, climb a mountain, get on tv, and get buff like 007.
Thanks for the comments. "get buff like 007", I like that. I'll have to remember that for next year. :)
